MICHITAI Accounting is a bookkeeping platform built for entrepreneurs and small companies in Moldova. Once you sign in, you land on a dashboard that summarises your income, expenses, outstanding invoices and upcoming tax deadlines, so you always know where the business stands before you start working.
From the same account you can issue sales invoices with sequential numbering, register purchases and payments, keep a real double-entry journal, and review a trial balance, profit and loss statement and balance sheet at any moment. If you work with an external accountant, they can sign in with their own access, review your entries and approve corrections without exchanging files by email.
We take account security seriously. Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are encrypted in transit, and you can enable two-factor authentication or passkeys from the security settings page. Every important action in the ledger is recorded in an append-only audit log, which means your books keep a complete, tamper-evident history of who changed what and when.

The interface is available in Romanian, Russian and English, and the accounting engine follows Moldovan tax rules, including VAT calculations with versioned rates and deadline reminders. Sessions on shared computers can be ended remotely from the security page at any time.
